📜 General Terms & Conditions

🚗 Daily Vehicle Rent – Calculated from 00:00 HRS to 24:00 HRS. Half-day charge applicable for extra usage up to 8 hours. Beyond that full day chargeable.
⛰️ Hill Charge – An additional ₹1500 per day applies for trips in hilly or mountainous regions.
🅿️ Parking Fee – To be borne by the customer.
🚧 Entry Fee – Will be charged additionally as applicable.
💰Booking Advance – 50% non-refundable advance for booking and 100% payment of fixed charges prior to trip starting. Complete payment to be made at the end of the trip.
🧑‍✈️ Driver Batta – ₹750 per driver per day (00:00 HRS to 24:00 HRS). Half batta charge applicable for usage only up to 8 hours.
🛣️ Toll Charges – Additional as per actual route usage.
🛑 Vehicle Damage – Any damage (intentional or unintentional) caused by the customer will be chargeable.
⏱️ Idle Running (on customer request) – ₹500 for 30 mins.
🌐 State Permit – Charged extra if required for interstate travel.
🧼 Cleaning Charges – ₹3000 for reckless cleanliness issues such as: Vomiting, Food leftovers or plates inside the vehicle, Smoking or alcohol consumption, Excessive dirt, Used napkins or diapers etc.,
🕒 Trip Extension/Delay – Subject to vehicle availability and company discretion.
🔁 Start & End – Charges will be calculated from Perundurai Garage to Perundurai Garage, not from the customer's pickup and drop locations.
💸 Additional Expenses – Any expenses not mentioned above but incurred due to customer actions will be chargeable.
🚫 Prohibited Behavior
- Smoking or alcohol consumption inside the vehicle.
- Misbehaving with the driver or during the trip in any form will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the service without refund.

Welcome to LuxRides.in. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Service Overview

LuxRides provides premium vehicle rentals with professional chauffeurs only.
Self-driving is strictly not permitted under any circumstances.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or WhatsApp support.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an advance as specified.
Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other options listed on our website.

3. Chauffeur Services

All vehicles are driven by trained and verified professional drivers.
Driver charges are NOT included in the rental unless otherwise specified.
Driver meals and accommodation (for outstation trips) are to be provided or reimbursed by the customer.

4. Pricing & Additional Charges

Pricing is calculated on a per-day basis or km basis or in Hybrid basis and generally includes a defined kilometer and hour limit. Read the plan options carefully before making a choice.
Extra charges apply for:
- ⛰️ Hill Station Usage: ₹1500/day
- 🛣️ Exceeding KM/Time Limits
- ⏰ Delayed Return
- 🧼 Improper Cleanliness
- ⛽ Fuel Usage if Not Included

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

More than 120 hours before trip: 50% refund
No-show or cancellation at pickup time: No refund
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Treat the driver and vehicle with respect.
No smoking, drinking, or carrying illegal items in the vehicle.
Any fines or penalties due to passenger actions will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Vehicle Condition & Liability

All vehicles are maintained in excellent condition and cleaned before each trip.
Customers are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct during the rental period.

8. Breakdown & Assistance

In the rare case of a breakdown, our support team will coordinate alternative arrangements promptly.
Replacement vehicles are subject to availability and route conditions.

9. Privacy Policy

Customer information is kept confidential and used only for booking and operational purposes, as per our Privacy Policy.

10. Right to Refuse Service

LuxRides reserves the right to cancel or refuse bookings in cases of misuse, improper conduct, or safety concerns.

11. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India.
